Review with an Australian legal adviser before publishing. Client contracts should separately address payment, training, privacy, confidentiality, service levels, intellectual property and termination.
Ongoing service terms and cancellation
VAREXIS proposes ongoing month-to-month services with no fixed minimum contract term. Clients may cancel an ongoing service by giving at least 30 days’ written notice through the channel specified in their signed service agreement. Agreed billable hours during the notice period remain payable; final invoicing and any additional approved hours are governed by that agreement. A separately agreed 10-hour introductory trial is fixed-scope and does not automatically renew or convert into an ongoing service. Client-specific training is billable at the agreed rate unless expressly included in a written proposal.
